Terms & Conditions

LifeBridge MedTech Pvt Ltd provides medical equipment, hospital infrastructure solutions, biomedical systems, and related services including but not limited to:

• Medical Equipment Supply: ICU systems, ventilators, patient monitors, surgical lights, hospital beds, fiber optics, dialysis units, and all associated consumables.
• Hospital Infrastructure: Modular OT setup, MGPS, CSSD, neonatal equipment, biomedical waste management, hospital laundry systems, and sewage treatment plants.
• Turnkey Projects: End-to-end planning, procurement, installation, commissioning, and NABH documentation support for greenfield and brownfield hospital projects.
• After-Sales Support: Installation, calibration, user training, preventive maintenance, and AMC services.
• Veterinary Solutions: Veterinary ICU, OT, anesthesia, and diagnostic equipment.

All products and services are subject to availability, regulatory approvals, and technical feasibility at the time of order confirmation. LifeBridge MedTech reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute any product or service without prior notice.

All product and service orders are subject to formal acceptance by LifeBridge MedTech Pvt Ltd.

• An enquiry, quotation request, or online form submission does not constitute a binding order or contract.
• A binding contract is only formed upon written purchase order confirmation and written acceptance by an authorized representative of LifeBridge MedTech.
• All quotations issued by LifeBridge MedTech are valid for the validity period stated therein and are subject to stock availability, regulatory compliance, and final pricing at the time of acceptance.
• Any special terms, custom specifications, or project-specific requirements must be agreed in writing and signed by both parties prior to commencement.
• LifeBridge MedTech reserves the right to decline, cancel, or revise any order at its sole discretion prior to written acceptance.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith and are subject to product availability, manufacturing lead times, import clearances, logistics constraints, and site readiness.

• LifeBridge MedTech shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to port delays, customs clearances, natural events, regulatory approvals, or force majeure conditions.
• Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the agreed delivery address or handover to the designated freight carrier.
• Site Readiness: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is prepared, accessible, and compliant with LifeBridge MedTech's pre-installation requirements prior to scheduled delivery and installation.
• Any damage observed upon delivery must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
• Installation services, where included, will be performed by LifeBridge MedTech's trained personnel or authorized partners. The customer must provide safe working conditions and necessary access.

LifeBridge MedTech provides warranty coverage on products and services as specified in the respective product documentation, quotation, or purchase agreement.

• Standard Warranty: Unless otherwise stated, products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, typically ranging from 12 to 24 months from the date of commissioning or delivery, whichever is earlier.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions.
• Warranty Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation (not performed by LifeBridge MedTech or authorized personnel), exposure to unsuitable environments, power surges, or neglect of maintenance are excluded from warranty coverage.
• Consumable items, wear-and-tear components, and accessories are excluded from standard warranty unless explicitly stated.
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase, installation records, and a description of the defect.

• Direct liability, where applicable and not otherwise excluded by law, shall be limited to the value of the specific goods or services supplied under the relevant order or agreement.
• LifeBridge MedTech does not guarantee that its website will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Clinical outcomes, patient results, and operational decisions made by healthcare professionals using LifeBridge MedTech equipment are the sole responsibility of the operating institution and qualified personnel.

LifeBridge MedTech collects and processes personal data provided through enquiry forms, orders, communications, and website interactions strictly for the purposes of responding to enquiries, processing orders, and improving our services.

• Data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties except where required by law or necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., logistics partners).
• By submitting an enquiry form or contacting us, you consent to being contacted via phone, email, or WhatsApp for the purpose of responding to your request.

LifeBridge MedTech may terminate or suspend access to its website and services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct detrimental to LifeBridge MedTech or its clients.

• Upon termination, all obligations related to outstanding orders, payments, and warranties shall remain in effect until fully discharged.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in full effect.

LifeBridge MedTech reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
